By placing an ‘Order & Collect’ order you are agreeing to purchase and pick up an item from the local store specified on your order within the time frame outlined by the store after purchase.
When placing your order please ensure that all product details, quantities, and other relevant information is accurate before confirming the order.
Payment must be made in full at the time of placing the order.
Once your order is confirmed and payment received, you will be contacted by the local store who will advise the ETA for collection.
You will need to bring your order number (located on your order confirmation) and some form of ID with you when collecting the unit. The store reserves the right to reject collection if any/all of these conditions are not met.
If you wish to arrange for someone to collect the unit on your behalf – please call the store prior to advise them of this switch. They must bring a copy of the order confirmation, their ID and a signed authorisation letter from you.
Upon collection, you will be required to sign an order collected form for the unit.
We will strive to have your order ready for collection as soon as possible and the store you purchased from will contact you when the unit is available for collection. Please refer to the product label on the product page advising wait times on your unit.
Before leaving the store, please inspect your items to ensure they are in good condition and meet your expectations. The responsibility of the unit passes on to you when you collect it. If you find any issues or discrepancies, kindly inform our staff immediately for resolution.
